Phoenix Towers is a project conducted by Creativersal, a leading company in creating concept, development, and management of modern cultural projects, under the Hua Yan Group’s contract. Chetwoods, an architect from London, is in charged of the architectural design of the tower and its layout plan. The project has been proposed to the Wuhan’s government as a significant landmark of the city.
